This one bedroom plus den extended stay suite is extremely spacious with 10 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and access to the balcony offering guests a stunning lake view.

The intimate living room is long and is designed with a soft grey couch, an area rug and a clear coffee table. The living space is filled with natural light creating a comfy area for guests to relax, watch cable TV or read a book.

In the foyer, upon entering the suite (on the left) is a spacious den for corporate guests who enjoy a workspace at home. The den contains a long desk for ample work space or even set up a desk computer.

The kitchen is furnished with a beautiful blue glass tile backsplash and is fully equipped with appliances including a panelled fridge and a dishwasher giving the kitchen a smooth, continuous look.  The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space along with a stove for those who enjoy cooking.

The single bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and a comfortable mattress. The room also contains blackout roller blinds and decorative drapes bringing in enough light without compromising privacy.  One of the exciting features of this furnished suite is the spacious spa-like bathroom.  Decorated with beautiful marble finishings, guests can choose to use the bath tub or shower.

The Neighbourhood

Situated directly across Lake Ontario and the city’s booming waterfront community, the suite is accessible to all parts of Toronto.  Guests residing in Lakeside can visit both the waterfront and downtown including walks to nearby boardwalks, promenades and parks.

To the north of the condominium is the city’s best sports and entertainment venues such as the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts and the Elgin Theatre. Yonge and Dundas Square, is filled with entertainment both during the summer and winter months. Nestled in the corner of the square, is the Hard Rock Cafe, Uncle Tetsu’s famous Japanese Matcha Cafe.

Toronto’s Harbourfront Centre is located just down the street and is home to Toronto’s cultural events such as festivals, artisans, displays and more.

Pier 27 is located near the Gardiner Expressway and within a short walk of Toronto’s Union Station and the GO Transit.
