Description

This extended stay suite at Parade has an open concept living space which has a couch with seating for two, a clear coffee table and cable TV. The living area also has a home office table allowing corporate guests to focus on work in a comfortable environment.

Located right behind the living area, is a dining table and the kitchen which is designed with white drawers/cabinetry and granite countertops giving the area an edgy feel. Other suite amenities include a fully-stocked kitchen, with a full sized fridge, dishwasher and other essential (utensils, pots and pans, etc).

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a low rise wooden bed frame.  The room contains floor to ceiling windows making the room bright and sunny. The blackout curtains gives provides guests with extra needed privacy and protection from the morning sun if deciding to sleep in.

The suite is also equipped with an en-suite washer/dryer along custom hardwood flooring throughout.

The Neighbourhood

The Parade building is located minutes from the Financial district and the entertaining King West district. Directly facing a large park with running paths, the suite is located in one of the most sought after areas for residential living in the Toronto downtown core. 

Guests residing in Parade have access to all of the city’s major attractions, including a minutes walk to Waterfront Trail (south) or a 15 minute walk to the Rogers Center and CN Tower. Other attractions west of the suite include Medieval Times Dinner, the Fort York National Historic Site, Exhibition place and Molson Canadian Amphitheatre.

Medieval Dinner: Experience Medieval Spain come to life, as knights compete in a jousting tournament for the title of the Kings Champion. Inside the stone walls of this 11th century “castle”, guests can enjoy a delicious four-course meal during the jousting tournament.

The Exhibition Place is an integral component of the city and is located immediately west of the suite. Guests can  embrace the future and the past with approximately 192 acres of parkland with many historical buildings. The venue is home to more than a 100 special events and shows each year such as the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition), Honda Indy car race, Caribbean Carnival Parade, The Toronto International Boat Show and more. 

If you’re looking for some downtime the waterfront trail is easily accessible and has become popular for local residents and visitors. 

The Building

The Parade building has three levels of amenities for guests to indulge in. There first level has an internet/Wifi lounge, along with a billiards and table tennis room. There is also a games room, outdoor lounge and children’s zone for outdoor or indoor craft activities.

On the second level is the state of the art fitness facility, with a hot yoga room, 25m Lap pool, steam rooms, pool side lounge and a dance studio.
