This open-concept furnished apartment is located in the luxurious Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto. Upon entering the front door, guests are welcomed into a sunlit spacious modern condo. The natural wood finish of the furniture is harmoniously offset by chrome appliances and white contrasts.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, dining and entertaining guests. Kitchen appliances include a built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, oven and an induction stove top. The cabinets contain cutlery, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils.

The cozy living room features a heather grey cloth couch with an accent area rug and a low white coffee table. The focal point of the room is a flat screen TV, which is perfect for the evenings to stay in and catch up on the shows. The living room also has an exit to the balcony that runs along whole apartment.

The enclosed den is located just off the living room and features a corner daybed with a glass desk adjacent to the wall. The den is a perfect quiet area that can functions as a work station or a reading nook. The daybed can also provide and extra sleeping space for a guest.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV and two night stands with two lamps on each side of the bed. The bedroom comes with an ensuite private bathroom and there a half-bathroom is located in the apartment for guests’ convenience. Fitting with the natural feel of the condo, the bathroom is finished with light wooden materials that work in harmony with white rectangular sink and bathtub. The bathroom is complete with built-in vertical washing machine and a dryer.

The Neighbourhood

The building is positioned in the heart of Yorkville, only a short walk away from luxury designer stores on Bloor Street and fine dining restaurants.

Located along the east branch of the Yonge-University-Spadina subway line, the apartment is a minute walk away from the Yonge/Bloor station. A short subway ride will take guests to downtown Toronto which offers a multitude of music venues, novelty restaurants, clubs and lounges. Yonge-Dundas square is a walking distance away with the famous Eaton Center for a full day of shopping, an AMC movie theater to catch the latest 3D flicks, and an iconic Hard Rock Café for music lovers.

Slightly to the south lies a historic neighbourhood of Church-Wellesley village that is famous for its laid-back subculture atmosphere, brunch cafes and pubs.
